Unveiling Ecologies: Cassava Stories is a half-day workshop leading to publication of a zine on rice paper by an Edinburgh based press.
Learn about the ancient tradition of cassava sustenance through the preparation of a Haitian/Taino-heritage flatbread made from grated, moisture-squeezed cassava. Followed by a creative writing workshop to develop a compilation of poems, drawings and collage.
