Taking inspiration from Jeffrey Boakye’s book “Musical Truth – A History Of Modern Black Britain in 28 Songs”, people will be invited to make zines and collages about Black music and its relationship to celebration, resistance, joy and struggle. The songs from the book will be playing in the background and some light refreshments will be available. All ages very welcome.
