The Tapestry of Black Britons is a series of twelve tapestries exploring Black British history. The project was founded by artist and curator Paula Ogun Hector to address the absence of Black Britons in history education.
Designed by artist Alvin Kofi, the tapestry African Romans in Britain explores the hidden histories of Black people living in Roman Britain.
