This tour will examine intaglio, transfer and silkscreen prints within Glasgow Museum’s collection that explores themes of race, trade and colonial histories. From early works such as Rembrandt’s etchings to contemporary screen prints by Graham Fagen, we will look at the presence of African and Caribbean diasporas within colonial contexts and the symbols and histories presented throughout.
